A Comedy of Tenors
By Ken Ludwig
Directed by Terry Southerington
Produced by Linda Petzke
It’s 1936 and Henry Saunders is in Paris about to produce “the biggest concert in the history of Opera” — The Three Tenors. But wait, only two tenors, no three, now one, now four, ahhhh! Throw in a volatile Italian couple, A Russian Soprano, young lovers, old flames, mistaken identities — what could possibly go wrong? Those who remember Ludwig’s Lend Me A Tenor will be happy to reunite with Saunders, Max, Tito, and Maria in this laugh-a-minute romp.
